I am a self-pay private practice provider. We will begin with an initial 30 minute Zoom Discovery Call. During this call, we will discuss your challenges, what you desire to change or improve, what you have done up until now, and how your life will be different when you meet your goal. I will share more about myself, my training, the tools I use to help my clients, and how we can work together to meet your goals. This is your time to ask questions. Together, we will establish your goals and decide your best next steps.
I do not accept insurance. Your confidentiality and ability to access mental health and mind-body-spirit wellness services at your own discretion is my priority. Insurance companies require that clinicians release diagnostic and other confidential information, but typically limit the number of sessions authorized (regardless of progress toward goals), deny coverage for many diagnoses and other reasons for seeking therapy and exclude mind-body-spirit wellness services (such as coaching and hypnotherapy) from reimbursement.
I am a self-pay private practice and do not accept insurance. Often, clients prefer to opt out of using insurance, as they do not have to report a diagnosis to receive services, do nott have to deal with session limitations and requirements, and maintaining their privacy as they work on their goals is important. Additionally, They can utilize mind-body-spirit wellness services, such as mindfulness and hypnotherapy, which are often not covered by insurance plans.
Together, We'll determine the most appropriate service for your needs. Sessions begin at $150 for a 50 min. session and $200 for a 90min session. Coaching and Class packages are available and vary based on your goals and the program selected. I accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA for your convenience. Invoices are sent via Square for secure and confidential payment processing. I also offer limited sliding scale options through Open Path Collective.
