The Private Couples Session is designed to support your specific needs and goals as a couple throughout the journey into parenthood. This session is a safe space for couples to discuss and develop tools to strengthen their bond, settle their differences and build understanding from preconception, into pregnancy, labor and delivery and beyond.
The Anxiety and Stress Release Private Session is designed to support the client recognizing stressful or anxiety inducing situations and release them through an individualized process of deep relaxation and hypnosis practice to better focus on your goals in motherhood.
Experiencing grief, loss, or major life change can stir deep emotions and leave you feeling ungrounded. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a pregnancy, or a life transition, these moments can be painful yet transformative. Each mother has their own unique story.
