Maybe you’ve been thinking about it, wondering about what’s going on. Wondering if the thoughts and feelings you have been having about this pregnancy, delivery, or being a parent make sense. Perhaps you’ve been trying to convince yourself that things aren't so bad or what you’re feeling is normal...
Maybe you’ve come to the conclusion that this is what being pregnant or having a new baby is supposed to be like. Maybe you’ve thought to yourself or heard that you can do it on your own or aren’t sure if talking to a therapist can actually help.
Now, if you sit back and take a moment to yourself, if you take a moment to visualize what you would like your journey into motherhood to look like, if you’re really honest with yourself...

You’re tired of feeling tired, overwhelmed and stressed out. You’re over the overthinking, the wondering, the worries and the guilt you feel for wanting to do things differently.
You looked forward to this new journey into motherhood, you knew it would be a new and different experience, but this is not what you visualized or dreamed of.
