Finding your Inspiration

At times, we become so consumed with work, that our days become monotonous. We become stuck or feel in a rut. Often, the last thing we think of doing is taking time away, rather we think that we need to keep going until we find the magic. Other times we think of breaking away or clearing our mind. We often think we must be in silence, away from things to do or create.  This is a myth, and often the opposite for some.  Finding your inspiration is key to relieving stress and breaking away from the week or the day.  Read this article on how to unleash your creativity and find your inspiration.  Implement these and your personal ideas to help you find your inspiration.  Keep a journal on what you did and how it made you feel.  Schedule your individual weekly or monthly breaks and you will find yourself more productive, less stressed, and looking forward to enhancing your daily life through creativity.  Make sure that your breaks are specific to you, and not meant to satisfy the needs or desires of others.  Find your unique form of self-expression.  Cooking, music, reading, writing, art, outings and exercise are all great places to start.  Family and couples activities are great ideas, so long as they are truly your desires.  Your inspiration is found within, which can only be found when it is allowed to shine freely and boundless.
